Kazal manufacturer Global Sport LLC signed a MoU this morning for the establishment of a company with Ardian Cani (Sports Turf Albania) in frames of a business forum organised by the Hungarian National Trading House.
Kazal returned to Albania this time as part of a Hungarian delegation to continue the series of meetings started last time and to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Tirana Office of the Hungarian National Trading House which took place last night.
Today the official program continued with the Hungarian-Albanian Business Forum and a Conference on Waterworks. Following the opening speeches memorandums of understanding was signed between the Hungarian National Trading House and the Albanian Investment Development Agency, and another one between the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry and BusinessOrg Albania.
This time the Trading House offered the opportunity for companies to sign memorandums also, therefore Global Sport LLC CEO András Molnár and Ardian Cani (Sports Turf Albania) decided to sign such document following the several meetings conducted to express their wish for the establishment of a company in Albania from where services may be provided to Kosovo and Macedonia, too. This company will be the exclusive distributor of Kazal in the above three countries and additionally wishes to offer high quality services to the local stakeholders in construction of sports facilities.
From tomorrow the program continues with further meetings in Tirana which will support Kazal and Global Sport for its intention of expansion. Great things are being prepared in the background!
